Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize displays
- Support inventory management through stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
