Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and assist with product inquiries and selections
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain store appearance through organized displays and clean sales floors
- Stock merchandise and execute visual merchandising directives
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with evening shift team to achieve daily sales goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) weekends
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
