Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management
- Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and loyalty
- Collaborate with evening team to maintain store standards and cleanliness
- Participate in evening inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current students welcome
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Broadway St location
