Responsibilities
- Delight customers with product knowledge and personalized styling advice during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized checkout operations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping atmosphere
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stockroom organization during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Assist with evening restocking and floor recovery for next-day operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work 3-5 evening shifts weekly (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable transportation to Galleria location
- 18+ years of age (required for evening hours)
