Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Merchandise and organize displays to maintain visual standards and product availability
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety protocols, and operational readiness
- Collaborate with evening team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to store management
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to our North Phoenix location
