Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and checkout operations
- Manage inventory restocking, floor merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Assist with store closing procedures including securing premises and reconciling registers
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory accuracy
- Participate in evening promotional events and sales initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
