Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized displays
- Operate POS system, process payments, and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Shaw Ave location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
