- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment during evening operations
- Assist with store closing procedures including securing premises and final cleanup
- Collaborate with day staff to ensure seamless customer experience transitions
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise in inventory
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas retail location
