Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selections and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock shelves and maintain organized displays
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Answer product inquiries and resolve customer concerns
- Contribute to a clean and inviting store environment
- Support inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Evening and weekend availability (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Immediate availability for training and onboarding
