Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Support loss prevention efforts and security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Customer service mindset with approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to/from store
- No prior retail experience required
