Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges efficiently
- Assist with store closing procedures including securing merchandise and balancing registers
- Participate in evening promotions and events to drive sales
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
