Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure premium store presentation
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with evening team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently
- Support visual merchandising initiatives for evening customer traffic
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Evening availability Monday-Friday (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Basic POS/cash register experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
