Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our digital POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain organized, attractive displays
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in store closing procedures including security protocols and cleanup
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends consistently
