Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and checkout processes
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Process transactions accurately and manage cash register operations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
