Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Operate within safety and loss prevention protocols
- Support opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
