Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandising standards
- Handle inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate cash register and balance daily sales reports
- Assist with store closing procedures including security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Flexible availability between 3 PM - 11 PM (Monday-Saturday)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
