Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness during evening shifts
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures including safety checks and equipment shutdown
- Participate in evening promotions and special events to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville location

- Must be 18+ years old to operate POS systems
