Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store readiness for next day
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Sunset Boulevard location
