Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise to maintain visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom duties
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Support visual merchandising efforts during evening resets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to downtown Cleveland location
