Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Efficiently handle cash register transactions and daily reconciliation
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and price verification
- Operate POS systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Support store closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Evening availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic math and cash handling experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Central Ave SE location
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Must pass basic background check
