- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves and maintain organized product displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with evening shift team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Evening availability Monday-Sunday (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Cleveland locations
