- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations during evening hours (3 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management and price verification tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
