Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Assist with inventory processing and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in evening shift operations during peak business hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) weekends
- Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems
- Reliable transportation to downtown DC location

- Must be available for 20-25 hours weekly
