Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure store presentation excellence
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate POS systems and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Uphold safety and security protocols during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the UK with right to work documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15kg
- Reliable transportation for late shifts
