Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate fitting rooms and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and security protocols
- Participate in evening inventory counts as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic math and POS system knowledge
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends)
- Reliable transportation to Central Phoenix location
