Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock rotation activities
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Current student enrollment or recent graduate (any field of study)
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Reliable transportation to North Center Street location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
