Responsibilities

- Execute efficient store closing procedures including securing merchandise and resetting displays
- Manage inventory through restocking, organization, and cycle counting during evening hours
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout shifts
- Collaborate with evening team to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn quickly
