Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours (3 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with merchandise stocking, pricing, and visual merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to our Tucson location
