Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all store departments during evening shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Organize and maintain store appearance, including restocking shelves and cleaning common areas
- Assist with inventory management and product displays to ensure store readiness
- Collaborate with evening staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures including safety protocols
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (typically 4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ years old
