Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations, checkout assistance, and issue resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness throughout shifts
- Operate inventory management systems for receiving, counting, and tracking merchandise
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Participate in brief evening shift briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Evening availability (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM, including weekends)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from evening shifts
- Flexibility during peak holiday or promotional periods
