Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage cash operations, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Organize and restock merchandise while ensuring visual merchandising standards

- Collaborate with evening/weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
