Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to maintain store aesthetics and product displays
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and markdown execution
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with brand-aligned solutions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and pop culture
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during evening hours
- Basic math aptitude and comfort with POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- 18+ years old with reliable evening transportation
- Must pass background check and possess legal work authorization
