Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and handle returns
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays during evening operations
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Collaborate with closing team to ensure smooth end-of-day procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Galleria area location
