Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support loss prevention measures and store security protocols
- Collaborate with evening staff to achieve sales targets
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be available for at least 3 evening shifts weekly
- 18+ years of age required
