Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile payments
- Manage inventory restocking, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special evening events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
