Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and assist with product inquiries
- Operate POS system for accurate transactions and returns
- Stock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required
- Must be available evenings (typically 4 PM - 9 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Central Avenue location
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Must pass background check
