Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, including product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising and store maintenance during evening shifts
- Support inventory management and stock organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Participate in evening floor walks and customer assistance rotations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Passion for fashion and current trends
- Reliable transportation to store location
- Must be 18 years or older
