Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise to ensure the store is fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly, problem-solving attitude.
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention.
- Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation is required.
