Responsibilities
- Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and provide exceptional shopping assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Stock shelves and backroom inventory according to company standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal store transformations
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train everyone!
- Must be available for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Denver location
