Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide friendly assistance throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and returns
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean shopping environment
- Assist with inventory management and product replenishment
- Answer product inquiries and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Follow all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Availability for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM) weekends included
