Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and handle returns
- Organize and maintain visually appealing product displays and store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and price verification
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during evening hours
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to store management promptly

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (students strongly encouraged)
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM, including weekends)
- No prior retail or customer service experience required
- Basic math and communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation to and from the Ocean Avenue location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
