Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and checkout processes efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain the sales floor appearance, restock merchandise, and ensure aisles are organized and clean.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform daily inventory counts, and assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
- Transaction Processing: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards to promote products and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency required for accurate cash handling.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
