Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory restocking, price tagging, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized displays
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with evening shift team to ensure seamless store operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Harbor East location
