Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during operational hours
- Merchandise products to maintain visual standards
- Assist with store closing procedures including cash handling
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Participate in team training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
