Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Restock merchandise, maintain store displays, and ensure cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate closing procedures including securing the premises
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM, weekends required)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
