Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Stock and merchandise products while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
