Responsibilities

- Store Operations: Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring all displays are clean and inviting.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, while maintaining strict cash handling protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team and management to ensure store goals are met and operations run smoothly during evening hours.
- Merchandise Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in processing incoming stock to prevent out-of-stock situations during peak evening hours.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms tidy and organized to uphold our high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Work Ethic: A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and reliability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
- Technology: Basic comfort with using computer systems and POS terminals.
