As an Evening Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently during our peak evening hours. This is an excellent opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone looking to supplement their income with a flexible, professional role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a welcoming and professional greeting to every customer entering the store, helping them locate products and answer inquiries.
- Operational Support: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register operations, and secure banking.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual standards by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the evening management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Inventory Management: Participate in periodic inventory counts and stock replenishment processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
