Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and organize displays to ensure visually appealing store presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate cleaning equipment to maintain store standards during closing procedures
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to store management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Evening availability (4 PM - 9 PM, weekends required)
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Gateway Blvd location
