Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and resolving inquiries
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness throughout shift
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during evening hours
- Process returns/exchanges while adhering to company policies
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance shopping experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
